Egg Salad Tea Sandwiches

6 hard-boiled eggs, cooked in Earl Grey Tea, finely chopped
1/4 cup fine chopped green onion
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish or Branston Pickle
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients well, chill, and then spread thinly on buttered slices of bread. Trim crusts and cut into desired shapes. Serves 8.
