BETTER CARE CAFE

I went to a seminar at the University of Tennessee. I was given a bookmark called the "Better Care Café" with recommendations for a healthier lifestyle. There were several items that caught my attention and I would like to share them with you. They all work well with a cup of tea!

1. Pray or meditate one or two times a day for 20 minutes.
2. Spend 15 minutes each day alone.
3. Take a day of rest each week.
4. Enjoy a Massage.
5. Spend time with friends.
6. Take a class on a topic of interest to you.
