What is Herbal tea?

Herbal tea isn't really tea at all.  It is called "tea" because it is brewed, packaged and served in the same manner as black and green tea, but it has no real tealeaves. Herbal teas are blends of dried herbs, leaves, fruits, flowers and spices.  Their true name is "tisane" or an infusion.   They are naturally caffeine free and can be a pleasant and soothing way to end the day.
